Canine to Five is insured and bonded and the policy covers everyone whom works with or for us employees and subcontractors. We have worked with Business Insurers of the Carolinas to form a great policy for our needs.
The first thing you need to do is call or email Canine to Five to see if we service your area and then set up a complimentary meeting to discuss your needs, concerns and schedule. If you want to move forward with services 3 copies of your home key will be needed and some paperwork filled out and signed.
Your pooch needs to be up to date on his or her vaccinations for pack walking. Your dog must have NO history of aggressive behavior towards people or other dogs. A review of your pooch will be conducted on the complimentary meeting.
Canine to Five accepts cash or check. Payment is due at the time of or prior to service. If paying by check, please make payable to Canine to Five LLC or Christina Wohltmann
Canine to Five is happy to provide a quick “doggie dairy” to let you know what your pooch has been up to. You will be notified immediately if Canine to Five has any concerns about your dog’s behavior or health by a phone call or text.
Your dog will be walked rain, sun shine and snow unless directed otherwise. Canine to Five requires dog towels to be handy so that we can dry your pooch off if necessary. We do not walk in thunder and lightening storms, extreme heat or extreme snow and/or ice for the safety of your pooch and us, the walkers.
